Sabian calls the XSR series cymbals 'best in class'. What's so special about these cymbals, is that they use the same production methods as the successful X-plosion and Evolution series, but feature a much less daunting price tag. These cymbals feature an improved profile that gives each part of the cymbal a beautifully bright sound. The Sabian XSR-1607B 16" Fast Crash cymbal is made of Sabian secret B20 bronze alloy, which is pin-point lathed and hammered to give it its shape. This 16" crash has a medium-thin weight, meaning it's quick to respond but also has plenty of power to cut through the mix.
